Every Alarming UK installation is covered both by the manufacturers' warranty on the equipment and software, and by our own lifetime guarantee on the installation work.
We also offer a contract maintenance service, both on our own and on existing installations, provided that they meet the required standards. At scheduled intervals, our engineers will check the functioning of detectors, change batteries where required, and ensure that the system as a whole is still appropriate for its purpose, with the right areas protected.
Finally, if a problem ever should arise with your system, we operate a 24/7 callout service, to put it right in the shortest possible time.
