One of our key design aims is to keep systems as simple as possible. Minimise the possibility of mistakes, and you maximise the effectiveness of the system. Ideally, the number of users should also be kept as low as possible: fewer humans means less human error.
All the same, it is essential that those who do use the system can do so with confidence. That's why we never leave an installation until we know that the client and/or his staff know how to use it safely and efficiently - though of course, if a problem should arise, we're never more than a phone call away.
